Vets 4 pets Gateshead the staff are amazing kind and compassionate. I’d like to thank them for everything they did to help with our cat even to the very end

We very sadly lost one of our cats last week completely unexpectedly. We brought him here, as they are our vetinary practice, to organise cremation etc and the staff were excellent. They had the room ready for us to go straight in with it being such a difficult time. They gave use some of his hair and nose, paw and ear prints which was such a lovely thing to do. We have just received a card through the post today from them which is extremely thoughtful and much appreciated by me and my partner. Thank you so much!

Absolutely exceptional care and kindness I used Vets4Pets in Gateshead for the first time recently because I couldn’t get a last-minute appointment at my usual practice, and I am so glad I did. My cat, Arya, needed to be seen after catching her tail in a door and breaking it, so I was naturally quite stressed and worried. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. They provided towels infused with a calming spray in the waiting area, which worked absolute wonders to keep Arya calm. The vet who treated her (so sorry I forgot your name!) was wonderful, exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and fantastic at putting both Arya and me completely at ease during a stressful moment. To top it off, the reception team were so chatty and welcoming when we checked out, and even the cashier at the front of the store was lovely while I was picking up a few items. It’s funny how those little touches and genuine kindness can turn your entire day around. Thank you so much to the whole Gateshead team for such a fantastic experience. Even though it’s much further away for me than my current vet, I am seriously tempted to make the permanent switch! Highly recommended

Thank you so much to Bethany and the kind reception staff for the service our golden retriever received this afternoon - the time, care and knowledge provided was second to none, has put my mind to rest and provided us with invaluable information to manage his joint pain as he gets older. I would highly recommend this practice.
